ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We offer Klarna Pay Later and Pay in 3, subject to eligibility and status checks. Your repayment schedule is managed directly through Klarna.

What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in GBP (£). If your card is issued outside the UK, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.

How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
The charge will appear as MYUVCOMPANION on your bank or card statement.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at contact@myuvcompanion.shop as soon as possible. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses including England, Scotland, and Wales. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and remote islands, please contact us before ordering.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days from dispatch. Your total delivery time from order to door is 4–8 business days, guaranteed.

Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express delivery (1–2 business days from dispatch) is available at checkout for eligible items, giving a total delivery time of 2–4 business days.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and postcode. Free standard delivery is available on qualifying orders. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of placing it, please contact us at contact@myuvcompanion.shop and we will investigate immediately.


LED MASKS & BEAUTY DEVICES

Are your LED masks safe to use at home?
Yes. All our LED masks are designed for safe home use and meet applicable UK/EU electrical safety and conformity requirements (UKCA/CE). Always read the manufacturer's instructions before use.

What do the different LED light colours do?
Different wavelengths target different skin concerns. Red light (typically 630–660nm) supports anti-ageing and collagen stimulation. Blue light (415–430nm) targets acne-causing bacteria. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper for recovery and inflammation. Specific wavelengths are listed on each product page.

Are LED masks suitable for everyone?
LED masks are not suitable for everyone. Do not use if you are pregnant, have photosensitivity, epilepsy, active skin cancer, or take photosensitising medication. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition or concern.

Are these medical devices?
No. Our LED masks and beauty devices are consumer beauty and wellness products intended for cosmetic use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

How often should I use my LED mask?
Usage frequency varies by device and skin concern. Please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines included with your device for recommended treatment schedules.

Do the devices come with a warranty?
Yes. All our beauty devices are supplied as genuine, sealed stock and include the manufacturer's warranty, typically 12–24 months depending on the brand. Warranty details are included in the box.

Can I use my LED mask with other skincare products?
Generally yes, but always refer to the device manual. Some devices recommend using on clean, dry skin before applying serums or moisturisers.


FANS

What types of fans do you sell?
We stock desk fans, tower fans, bladeless fans, and portable fans suitable for home and office use.

Are your fans suitable for UK plug sockets?
Yes. All fans sold on myuvcompanion.shop are supplied with UK-compatible plugs and meet UK electrical safety standards.

How noisy are the fans?
Noise levels vary by model and speed setting. Specific decibel levels are listed on each product page where provided by the manufacturer.

Do the fans come with a remote control?
This varies by model. Please check the individual product listing for included accessories.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Can I return a used LED mask?
For health and hygiene reasons, LED masks and personal skincare devices that have been used cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a sealed device is opened but unused, the standard 30-day return still applies. Faulty items can always be returned regardless of use.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us immediately at contact@myuvcompanion.shop with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect this.

Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
