Overview
At My UV Companion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Although our business is registered in Spain, we sell exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom and comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This policy applies to all products we sell, including LED light therapy masks, personal fans, and other beauty and wellness devices.
Cooling-Off Period
As an online retailer, we provide a 14-day statutory cooling-off period from the day you receive your item, during which you may cancel for any reason. As a goodwill gesture, we extend this to 30 days for all customers, subject to the category-specific conditions below.
General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, all items must meet these conditions:

Item is unused and in fully resaleable condition

Item is in its original packaging with all components, accessories, cables, and manuals included

Return is requested within 30 days of delivery

A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number has been obtained from us prior to sending
Additional Conditions — LED Masks & Beauty Devices
For health and hygiene reasons, LED masks, facial devices, microcurrent wands, IPL handsets, and similar personal-care products that have been used or have had their protective hygiene seal broken cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your right to return a faulty item. If a sealed device is opened but unused, the standard 30-day return applies.
Additional Conditions — Fans & Electrical Appliances
Fans and electrical appliances must be returned unused, with all original parts, remote controls, and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
How to Initiate a Return

We respond within 2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside

Send the item to the return address provided in our instructions
Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind returns: you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover all return shipping costs and arrange collection at no charge to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email is sent once issued. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to reflect the refund.
Damaged, Faulty & Electrical Safety
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us immediately with photographs and, for devices, a short description or video of the fault. For faults arising between 30 days and 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement first; if neither is possible, a partial or full refund will be issued. Please do not continue to use any device that appears damaged, overheats, or has a damaged charger or cable.
Manufacturer Warranty (Devices)
All LED masks, beauty devices, and fans are supplied as genuine, sealed stock and carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12–24 months depending on brand). Warranty terms are provided with your device and apply in addition to your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
